New Mindfulness Yoga Classes and Guided Meditation

Three new Mindfulness Yoga Classes (Restorative, Level II & Level III) & a Guided Meditation are up in our Virtual Studio on hitPLAYyoga!

This week, each class explores how consciously bringing your Inner Attention to the present moment, through the body, breath and silence, can lead you back to your own open and awake Awareness. Look for the “Life is Simple” classes to follow along with this week’s theme.

Remember this is nothing magical or mystical – it is fundamental to being human.
