This Harvard Study seems to uncover what Mindfulness practices have been teaching all along – Happiness is Love. Full Stop.
Yet, Mindfulness teachings go a step further to remind me that Love (loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity) are already within me, as who I truly am.
When I can remember to feel my breath and take the arduous, humbling and joyful journey of one inch back to the ground beneath my feet, I sometimes get a glimpse of this Love. And somehow in that glimpse, I can see clearly for a moment that yes, of course, Love is all there is.
